Our policy is running our business in the most safety way as required by the laws and world standards. In order to implement our policy, we have created Occupational Health and Saffety System and we sustain it. Our continous trainings, creating the best possible healthy and safe workplace through our real communication by action between our employees and our management are our management commitments. Even our new employees are responsible for occupational health and safety at work, not only our managers.

As Birlik Bağlantı, we regard the measures and practices for occupational health and safety as an indispensable element of the working and production process. In order to provide a safe and healthy working environment, everyone is obliged to make necessary work within their own jurisdiction. One of our most important goals is to protect our employees and the environment in which we are located in against possible risks.

1. In the main workplace and in the additional workplaces; We take all precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, visitors and staffs who work outside of the company in accordance with the OSH legislation in force and other requirements related to OHS. We keep the equipment and Personal Protective Equipment, make it available when necessary and follow up continuously.

2. In the main workplace and in the additional workplaces, we make an effective risk assessment and determine in advance the risk of accidents and unacceptable conditions and movements that can cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases, and we keep working to annihilate them.

3. We identify risks that can cause workplace accidents and occupational illness at work; we aim to provide health, safety and social welfare for all level employees, visitors and subcontractors, and reduce all kinds of tangible and moral losses that may arise in the future of themselves and their families.

4. We educate our employees in the area of occupational health and safety and enable them to gain a good understanding of occupational health and safety. Also we provide subcontractors and visitors to comply with the business health and safety rules set by Birlik Bağlantı.
